Folds of Honor Names Former PGA President Allen Wronowski Northeast Ambassador

Folds of HonorOWASSO, Okla. – Folds of Honor has named Allen Wronowski its Northeast Ambassador, announced Major Dan Rooney, Folds of Honor founder. In this position, Wronowski will be responsible for seeking new partnerships and other opportunities in the greater Baltimore area and throughout the northeast.

“We’re thrilled to have Allen on board to further our mission in the northeastern corner of our country,” said Rooney. “Allen has been a longtime Folds of Honor supporter, and we look forward to the great things we he will accomplish in this role.”

Prior to joining the Folds of Honor team, Wronowski served as the 37th President of the PGA of America, following two years of service each as PGA Vice President and PGA Secretary, and was the PGA Director of Golf at Hillendale Country Club in Phoenix, Md., where he worked in various positions since 1979. Wronowski also served on the board of the Middle Atlantic PGA Section since 1996, creating and implementing a business plan for the organization and committees that is still a standard today.

Currently, Wronowski serves on the First Tee National, PGA Tour Champions and PGA of America Youth Player Development boards. He was inducted into the PGA of America Hall of Fame in 2013.
