Luke Donald Crafts Celebratory Cocktail at Iconic South Florida Restaurant 1000 NORTH

Jupiter, Fla. (January 23, 2024) ─ Swing into bold flavors at 1000 NORTH! PGA TOUR legend Luke Donald has collaborated on a golf-themed cocktail at one of his favorite South Florida waterfront restaurants. Called Luke’s PARfect Negroni, the upscale drink celebrates Donald’s recent Ryder Cup victory as team captain, and sets the mood for the Cognizant Classic in February.

The flavors of Luke’s PARfect Negroni honors Donald’s British heritage, his residency in Jupiter, Fla., and Italy – the host country of the 2023 Ryder Cup. Luke’s PARfect Negroni adds a British twist on the classic Italian libation with No. 3 London Dry Gin, and draws in Florida’s tropical flavors with Munyon’s Paw Paw apertif. Combined with Carpano Antica’s sweet vermouth and Campari, the cocktail delivers a rich, smooth, and complex flavor profile.

“Off the course, a well-crafted cocktail at 1000 NORTH is one of my preferred ways to unwind and celebrate the victories, big or small,” said Luke Donald. “Just like golf, it’s all about balance and precision – the right mix of flavors creating a perfect blend for a victory toast.”

No. 3 London Dry Gin sets the benchmark for quality, blending a perfect balance of juniper, citrus, and spice. It was created by London’s oldest wine and spirit merchant, Berry Bros. & Rudd, that worked with the only person in the world who has a Ph.D. in gin. Munyon’s Paw Paw is native to Florida’s Palm Beach region, exploding with flavors of papaya, passion fruit, hibiscus, elderflower, and much more!

Luke’s PARfect Negroni is available to enjoy at 1000 NORTH from February 1 to May 31.
