The Best Expression of the Game” is the St. Augustine Amateur, prestigious event held in the nation’s oldest city, home to the PGA TOUR, the World Golf Village and a community of enthused golfers. It is the ideal place for a tournament for better amateur and collegiate players from around the country.

The St. Augustine Amateur is a national event. The competition is conducted over 54 holes of individual stroke play, limited to a field of 78 players. The winner receives a replica of the Jennison Cup, named after the late founder, Jay Jennison. Top finishers also receive Golfweek/amateurgolf.com World Ranking Points.

This is a walking only tournament, played in threesomes. Net proceeds of the event are donated to the First Tee of North Florida, a national program designed to impact the lives of young people through character building, instilling core values, and promoting healthy choices.
