Limited-Edition Hybrid High-Top Golf Shoe Designed Exclusively for L.A. Boutique

(LONDONDERRY, NH) – ECCO – a leading manufacturer of innovative footwear – announces the brand’s collaboration with Malbon Golf – a trend-setting golf apparel and accessories store based in Los Angeles – to release 100 limited-edition Malbon Golf x ECCO leather high-top hybrid golf shoes.

The Malbon logo will be showcased on the outside of the supple Yak leather upper, that sits atop the award-winning ECCO E-DTS® hybrid outsole featuring approximately 800 traction points. Available for men and women in-store at Malbon Golf and on MalbonGolf.com, the partnership is testament to the ECCO vision of incorporating mainstream fashion elements into premium golf footwear.

“We worked directly with Malbon in the design process to create a unique style that speaks to both their brand ethos and ours,” says Thomas Dixon, product manager of ECCO Sport. “Comfortable, durable and sharp, these shoes perform as well as they look.”

“Malbon promotes golf as not just a game, but a lifestyle to be experienced through edgy, stylish apparel and accessories,” says Erica Malbon, Co-Founder of Malbon Golf. “By partnering with premium brands like ECCO, we are able to offer something truly authentic.”

ECCO Golf shoes are crafted at company-owned factories that utilize FLUIDFORM™ technology to bond the upper and outsole unit, creating a one-piece shoe without the use of glue or stitching. Benefits include flexibility, durability and a lightweight construction.

ECCO Golf shoes are worn in competition around the world by Fred Couples, Ernie Els, Smylie Kaufman, Peter Hanson, Thomas Bjørn, Lydia Ko, Minjee Lee, Caroline Masson and Gerina Piller, among others.
