HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA – December 12, 2011 – Cleveland® Golf/Srixon® congratulates staffer Keegan Bradley for his victory at the 2011 Franklin Templeton Shootout over the weekend at Tiburón Golf Club at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort in Naples, Fla. Bradley, whose breakthrough 2011 rookie season on the PGA TOUR included a PGA Championship win, teamed with another PGA TOUR rookie at the Franklin Templeton Shootout to post a 32-under-par total – fueled by a 59 in Sunday’s scramble format – and become part of the first rookie tandem to win the event. Bradley’s victory also marked the first win for Cleveland® Golf’s new Classic™ driver, and it was the first time he won using Cleveland® Golf’s new 588™ Forged wedges.
“I really enjoyed playing with one of my closest friends during the shootout,” said Bradley. “I was hitting it great off the tee all three days with my new Classic driver. It’s one of the best drivers I’ve ever hit.”
Bradley played with Cleveland® Golf’s new Classic™ 290 driver (10.5°- Miyazaki™ Kusala White 61X), a Cleveland® Launcher® Ultralite FL fairway wood (14°- Miyazaki™ Kusala Black 83X), a Cleveland® Launcher® DST™ hybrid (18°), a Cleveland® Mashie™ TM3 (20.5°- Miyazaki™ C. Kua Hybrid 105X), Cleveland® CG7™ Tour irons (4-PW), Cleveland® Golf’s new 588™ Forged wedges (52°/ 58°) and a Srixon® Z-STAR™ ball, while wearing a Srixon® glove and carrying a Cleveland® Golf bag.
